My two cents:

Jimi I think you’re on the ball here. I’ve tried schrooms a few times in college. The closest I ever got to hallucinations was seeing my lamp post squirm. I have friend who would schroom a lot and the most I’ve ever heard is trails of light and one guy, who had eaten a ton of caps, saw the grass pulsate.

Cranker, it’s a piss poor argument to say “Well it’s possible, you mustn’t have eaten enough.” Jimi has accused you of being a kid on more than one occasion in this thread. You never defended your age. I’d be willing to bet he’s right and you’re a teenager. Maybe you like getting Jimi all excited and are baiting him into an argument … god knows that’s easy to do. It’s either that, or you are one of these immature youngsters who like to brag about “How fucked up I got.” or “I drank a fifth of grain alcohol.” or “I ate a pound of mushrooms.” Either way I think you’re out of your element.

Just eating more wasnt the only part of my argument since you can see things on low doses. It also has to do with the state of mind that you have during the trip.

Ive never defended my age because age has nothing to do with knowledge on many fronts. If you are that intersested in my age then I will tell you that I am a college graduate, and that I have been for some time. Ive never bragged about "how fucked up I got". All I am trying to do with this thread is to let people know what is possible while tripping. Thats my only goal. I hate it when people say that things are not possible only because they have never seen them or experienced them. All that does is close off ones mind and allows for no further advancement for it. People can listen to me or not....that is not my concern. My only concern is that people are exposed to the truth, so maybe they can have their own mind expanding experiences some day. Im sure someone will read some of the tips I gave in this thread and give some new things a try.

Then we should be able to have a civil disagreement/argument without all the flaming. Flaming advances the argument nowhere. If this thread is your element, then you should have gained enough insights through your experiences with the topic to be able to listen to what others have to say and philosophize about it.

Can you tell me the basis for your argument that level 4 or 5 trips are not possible with shrooms? Do you believe that they are possible with LSD, mescaline, MDA, or any other chemical?

Just so you know....there is no type of shrooms called "golden cap". It is a made up name from the dealer. Not saying the shrooms are fake, just the name.

With shrooms it all comes down to perception(sp?). After much research and a brother who's flatmate was a dealer, I decided to buy a butt load for the summer. It is best to be in a comfortable familiar place. Before taking them with my friends we would go around to each other a say something along the lines of 'you know who I am, I won't hurt you and you are safe here'. Then we'd establish some rules, like, no leaving the property, etc.. Amazingly while high those ground rules helped maintain the peace. I don't know why but we followed them. I remember sitting on the edge of the property just enjoying the night sky. We lived in the perfect house to shroom in. Tile floors rock, first it was nice to lay down on something cool, next the grout lines looked like they went on forever. Blah blah we all have cool stories about stuff we saw. I will stop boring you with that.

If you don't read the first part and have never done shrooms read this.
I had to talk myself out of calling 911, and was able to do it because I knew the side effects of shrooms while high. Shrooms will give you a rapid heartbeat or heart palpatations. You won't die, but with your heightend awareness it will feel really intense. This is normal. And of course there is nausea it comes in waves so ride it out, or distract yourself with something shiny.

This is by far my favorite thread. Hope I helped just a little. If you have questions just ask. I'll be as honest and helpful as possible.

oh and i video taped my friend and his girlfriend having sex, they asked me to. That blew my mind. But, it was really funny to listen to my commentary later on. :rock:

I think he's talking about Liberty Caps, I've heard them referred to as Golden Caps.
