Sorry, it's a link but it's pop-up free. It's the best way to view the images. You have to cross your eyes and focus on the middle image. It'll be blurry at first, but then your eyes focus in on it. With practice, you can do it in seconds. It took me a few minutes to master it, but it's worth it. I'd love to see some video or something done in this method.

It's a whole lot easier if you save the large image to your hard drive and shrink the image down to a smaller size.

I was thinking you should hold it pretty far away, because I'm so used to the stereograms... but if you just cross your eyes sloppily, you'll get two images and focus on the middle and it'll appear. I got it from like a foot away.

Brilliant, just brilliant! I found out something like this lately, when I got new 1-2-3 instant passport photos. They were taken under just very slightly different angles, and that's exactly what eyes see. Brilliant! I love eyes!

Wow...
I was awfully skeptical at first, but within a few seconds, I was really impressed (incidentally, it took almost no time for my eyes to adjust, although after the fact, my vision was slightly blurred for a few seconds).
Also of note, I started out viewing my monitor from about 12 inches away, then uncrossed my eyes and moved back in increments of a foot or so, until I was all the way across the room, which is about 12 feet.
For those wondering, this trick apparently works at just about any distance.
