Plummer Wearing Tillman's #40 On Helmet
Jake Plumber of the Broncos continues to wear fallen Arizona Cardinal friend and former teammate Pat Tillman's number 40 on his helmet. As most of you know Pat Tillman left football to go and fight in Afghanistan and was killed in action.
Acording to NFL policy no player is allowed to wear anything on their uniforms or helmets with personal messeges. The league could fine him $5,000 everytime he steps on the field with the sticker.
I think the NFL is wrong for this but I would like to know what you guys think.

eh... they should let him wear it... hell all of the NFL should be wearing it. Pat Tillman was a true hero. Screw the NFL. If they start fining him $5k each time he does it, the NFL is gonna look bad and inconsiderate....

No Fun League = No Fuckin Loyalty
I think Plummer ought to grow a pair and eat the fines to honor his friend. He could even turn it into a positive, getting some local business or something to match his fins with donations to a scholarship in Tillman's name or something like that.
I love football, but the NFL does get their panties in a twist over the dumbest things.

Agreed! If they fine him the $$ should go to a charity! And like you said, everyone should be wearing #40! How ridiculous! It's not like it says "Hi Mom!" or is some racial slur. It's for a fallen US Soldier that fought for his country!
