So these bombs should be called "higher-than-normal-bomb-intellect", rather than "smart-bombs"? Apparently, these bombs have the capability of placing themselves in a particular miniscule radiuses, but, they're not good enough to target the right building? I'm not asking for complete perfection.... but 0% tactics are much worse than even 50% accuracy.

Ok smartass. You're so smart you should know that sometimes technology fails, even when it's 99% accurate, there's that 1% chance for inaccuracy.. and the technology is still being refined.

And fuck no I did not see either of Moore's films. I would not give my money over for them any day. For free maybe.

0% tactics??? So how long did it take for us to get into Baghdad? 20 days. I don't think that you take an entire country over in 20 days by bombing nursing homes and schools and pet shelters (and other building that Michael Moore told you we bombed).
