Blonde vs Brunette
Is there actually a difference in their attitudes/personalities? I was listening to this radio show and they say that of the men surveyed...most say they prefer to date blondes...for the fun (meaning...blondes are more fun and adventurous)...but prefer to marry the brunettes. In the men's opinions...is this factual? Do you actually prefer the blondes over the brunettes? :wiggle:

Re: Blonde vs Brunette
Evertime I was ever cheated on it was a blonde girl who fucked my man...I personally dont' think I should answer this one (my apologies to all you honest blondes out there but I am seriously biased)

Re: Blonde vs Brunette
No mention of redheads, 3L?
Oh, well...with a thread title like "Blonde vs Brunette", I suppose I knew what I was getting myself into!
The truth is, hair color has never been that big of a deal to me. Blondes aren't anything special - in fact, there are more of them on the planet (combining naturals and bottle-blondes) than redheads and brunettes combined, so if anything, blondes are boring and played-out, not exciting and exotic.
It's really more a matter of personality and individuality anyway, and speaking as a man who has been with women from all 3 points in the spectrum, I would be hard-pressed to make a distinction that places one categorically above the others, based just on hair color.
...Admittedly though, my current preference falls squarely in the "brunette" range, so I'll admit being just a little biased right now.

Re: Blonde vs Brunette
Okay well being the guy I am, I used to perfer blonde girls way more than brunettes, now however I'm kinda switching... But either way I dated both many times (I dunno if thats a good thing or not)... Blondes tend to be more out-going, and less shy... They're the ones that seem to want sex more than brunettes, therefore, they somehow adjust their attitude and their personality around men to have a greater sex appeal.
Brunettes, usually don't like blondes, because the way they usually carry themselves (around men, or people in general). Even though there are many exceptions, I generally found that brunettes also just seem to focus things that will make their life stable rather than the blonde approach of finding a man that has a stable life.
Now we shouldn't blame blondes for having a greater sex appeal, they get this because they're usually way more confident than their brunette buddies. And their confidence comes from how men look at them, and drool over them basically. In the entertainment industry, I believe blondes were more idolized way back when, which probably intially brainwashed everyone to start liking blondes, and being that everyone likes blondes now, the entertainment industry has to stick with it, or nobody (well... less people) will watch the movie or listen to the album.
Like do we honestly believe brittney spears would be as popular if she was a brunette?... Nope.

Re: Blonde vs Brunette
Blondes seem like a heck of a lot of fun (in and out of bed) but Brunettes are better for the long haul (marriage).

Re: Blonde vs Brunette
There's most definitely a personality difference, though I agree with juana that it's more socialized than ingrained ... even among the girls with whom I work the tendecy is for blondes to be more outgoing/bubbly and the brunettes more serious.
Personally, I prefer very dark hair with blue or green eyes. It's a dazzling combination.

Re: Blonde vs Brunette
I think that a lot of the "blondes are more fun" is due to the amount of girls that dye their hair. I agree, that socially, we have been ingrained with the idea that blondes are better, therefore, a lot of girls that want to be seen as "fun" and sexy, or whatever, dye their hair blonde to achieve that. As I have never really dated a blonde, I might be biased, but I prefer brunettes. Stumpy was right on with the dark hair and green eyes. There was a girl on the cover of Stuff once name Krista Allen. She had dark brown hair and gorgeous, bright green eyes, and she was wearing this red corset... wish i had the pics to post

Re: Blonde vs Brunette
Although I can see that many blondes have a natural beauty, I find brunettes to be much more refined. A brunette with light eyes and fair skin looks alot better than any blonde to me.

Re: Blonde vs Brunette
hooray for the fair skin!!! i cant even get a fake tan. when i'm at my tannest, i'm just catching up with everyone else on the regular!
anyways, the girls i think that are best looking usually have an "exotic" look, dark skin, dark hair, and then light eyes. makes my inner-lesbian just leap right out, ha!
