the reverse problem
I have the reverse problem of the previous thread. It's not my little sister's friend, but a friend's little sister. She's cute, funny, and 18. I'm, not 18, and her brother is a close friend.
She's been hanging out with the older group more, and I helped them move recently. She had apparently been pretty bitchy up until I got there, then got pretty friendly ... Anyway, I'd definitely at least take her out if she wasn't related to my buddy, but as it stands, I'm torn like a prom dress.
What say you, rats?

don't turn against friends for any reason, better to stay away from siblings or ex's no matter what your friends say

Re: the reverse problem
I actually dated my buddy's older sister...I was 21 and she was 28. Hot, hot chick and a great lay. Didn't end so great though, and it really caused some problems with all my friends at that time. Tread carefully!

Now don't go misreading her.... Sounds like she's probably just being nice and not thinking sexual.

Re: the reverse problem
My best friend here is a girl I've known for a year and a half. When I helped her move into her new place a year ago I met her twin sister (not identical) and her sister apparently really liked me. So, my friend told her she'd set her up on a date with me. We've been going out ever since then. It does create some problems at times, but we work through it and everything is cool.
I'd say, if you want to hang out with her and see if you two may really have something, then go for it. Be respectful of her and your friend and make sure he knows what's going on. Don't just go after her just to have sex, only if you're after some kind of relationship. Also, if more does happen between the two of you be sure you don't even do any kind of flirting in front of your friend.

She's also very physically affectionate ... and the rest of her family is not. Could be a facet of age or personality, but I dunno. It's one of those things you can see in somebody's eyes, y'know? I can tell she is hesitant to be around too much because it might make her brother uncomfortable, but she earnestly seems to want to be around our little social circle in general, and me in particular.
I dunno. It's been awhile since I actually liked a girl, as opposed to being just physically attracted to her or liking her as a friend. Maybe I am reading to much into nothing.

Re: the reverse problem
I guess it would suck if someone I knew fairly well boned my sister. Of course, I may have been guilty of the same to other people I knew fairly well in the past. But eh..

Re: the reverse problem
Don't do it... Be her friend, maybe she will give you leads to more girlies but a relationship with her would more likely go belly up....

Re: the reverse problem
just be responsible and considerate of what ur bud thinks. If you truly would like to develope a relationship with this girl, then tell ur bud how ya feel. I'm sure he'll understand. It may be awkward at times, but if ur good enough friends then you should be able to get through it. If it compromises the friendship with ur bud, than maybe you should try to keep the relationship with this girl at a friendship, but if it can be worked out, dont throw away a chance to be with someone who u may fall in love with. Life's too short to have regrets. Good luck!
