i thought the movie was absolutely abominable. hell even dumb and dumber 2 was better than this crap. my dying cat has hocked up better s**t in his death throws. i can't believe anyone could even like this movie. do you people even have a brain? and yes i have gotten stoned and watched it, it was even worse than sober.

Well, I had high hopes for the movie. I thought it sucked. But I did crack up when Napolean got smacked in the head with a steak HA HA. But the more time that goes by, more more friggin halarious the movie becomes. HA HA HA GOSH... Leave me alone!

The movie is mostly about the personalities you find in a small town. Now, I didn't grow up in a small town (I know some of you would definitely consider Boise small), but my girlfriend is from a town right up the road from Preston, ID...where the movie, and the director, are from. That side of the state is HEAVILY populated with mormons. The director, lead actor, and a lot of the cast are mormon. If you haven't been around mormons, good for you, but they're like hardcore Catholics times 100. Hence the no swearing, PG rating. They're not allowed by the church to go to movies rated worse than a PG...I do think they got an unofficial exception for the Passion of the Christ, though. Having spent a considerable amount of time in my gf's hometown, that movie is WAY funnier, because it's really not that ridiculous...you see people that have all the little parts of each character....especially Uncle Rico. "I bet ya I could throw this football over them mountains."

I very much enjoyed the movie. For me, it was one of those that was quite funny, but at the same time, I wanted to punch many of the characters for being such idiots.

It is hilarious the first time you see it, but then not so great after that. It has some great quotable lines, but they don't have the same feel after the first time. Same kind of response for Anchorman.

I think the reason it's so damn funny is just the stupidness of it. there really is no plot, but the way napolean acts and thinks is funny shit.

i didn't realize NP was funny til the next day when i went GOSH.... heh hahah ... then i went 'gimme your tots' hahaha then it snowballed and i think it's funny when i watch it now. i give it a 7/10

my favorite line is 'it took me like three hours to finish the shading on your upper lip'

hey guys, it was funny and all, but mainly stupid. kinda boring. i liked the part where the cow was shot right as the school bus pulled up infront of it.
