What I'm going to say I mean it really seriously.

You should remove all pictures or images related to the alleged victim in the Kobe Bryan case. Independently if you like her or not you should not allow this kind of information to be posted, because that could lead to phycological or physical harm of the alleged victim. You simple, and not exagerating, do not know if someone here could use that information to attack her, Webrats.com would be partly responsible for this and possibly the target of a lawsuit. A person is entitled of his privacy and right of proper defense.

I do not know or care what you think of her or Kobe but there is a line of what is right or wrong, and this is crossing it.

Alex, interesting point of discussion about accuser's privacy issue. Let's take a step back and try to understand your point. I would tend to agree if the dispute was between two private parties. In this instance, it no longer is a private matter when the use of taxpayer funds and held in court. The public court house cannot ban journalists under the Sunshine Act. The press has a duty owing to the public (considered newsworthy) to report laws that have widespread precedent to the general public. If Kate Faber wants to protect her privacy, then Kate and her mom Mrs. Faber going to file a public charge with the authorities cannot guarantee that beginning the next day. The State has to produce proofs and may require her testimony in public court to assert her claims. Now, back at the ranch here, we the public are NOT governed by the Rape Shield Laws. We want to know the legal standards as they apply daily to social interactions, so that the public can comply with the law. The prohibition only applies to court procedures and the local authorities in processing a rape claim in their paper works. No laws can stop neighbors from exchanging thoughts about this high profile matter being adjudicated. As to posting of pictures, they are already circulated in the public domain. You heard of the First Amendment right? We all are protected by the Constitution, including this Kobewatch BB.
