I'm watching the Larry King show right now. And they got like 5 different people talking about the Kobe case. And about the hearing that went on today in Colorado.

Ok, so the info came out today that Kate told the detective that Kobe grabbed her and fucked her up against a chair, and made her kiss his penis. And I think pictures of her vaginal bruises were submitted today.

The best info came from one of the correspondents from Colorado. The guy said that at the end the hearing today, Kobe's Attorney Pamela Mackey said to the Judge, "Have you taken into account the fact that she had had sex with 3 different men on 3 consecutive nights before the night she had an encounter with Kobe?". WTF?!!!
This is the most shocking news I have heard up to this point!! That bitch Kate is a slut!!

Plus, today the photos of Kate's neck were submitted ... with no fingerprints, no scratch marks, no bruises, or nothing around her throat!
That is not consistent with what she had been claiming this whole fucking time.
This is all great news for Kobe's side!

As I have said all along, Kate is a borderline and nothing that came out at today's hearing was inconsistant with Kobe's innocence and Kate's mental illness.

You're assuming that Kate is lying. Point blank. End of story. You're not taking into account the evidence. Someone said earlier that there was no marks on her neck. Do you really think that the prosecution would submit photos that showed no violence? C'mon people.

the detective admitted on the stand that he saw no evidence of scratches or bruises on kates neck or face, when asked by defense attorneys. the account that she gave just seems to unlikely. she walked in the room he grabs her and all of a sudden attacks her. she claims she said no twice. the case against kobe is very thin if that's all they have to offer

Irawish might be partially right. It does now seem more than ever that Kate truly does have emotional/mental problems. It's been reported that she attempted suicide twice within one year. And now the reports of her sexual promiscuity(3 different guys, 3 different days). It's shocking. This girl is not the clean-cut chick that many had initially thought her to be.

These reports by Pamela Mackey of Katelyn's sexual history (of having sex with 3 different men on 3 different nights before her encounter with Kobe), was indeed a great move by Pamela. It was ingenious on many levels:

1) It feeds reasonable doubt that those vaginal tearings may have been infact caused by either of those 3 men, and not Kobe.

2) It brings up the issue that Katelyn is a nymphomaniac which makes it harder to believe that she had been raped by Kobe rather than it being her own consentual will to have sex with him.
Furthermore adding more reasonable doubt that Kobe would viciously attack and entrap and rape her against her will.

3) Pamela Mackey has now switched the focus in everyone's mind on "Katelyn's possibility of lying" away from "Kobe's possibility of lying".

4) This will help in acquiring a jury which have reasonable doubt in their mind, to Kobe's advantage.


Great move by Kobe's team.

oh.. Part 2 of the Kobe discussion will be on Larry King Live tonight.(well... Larry said "possibly" there will be Part 2 tonight, unless something else more newsworthy comes up)

It could be a great move by Pamela Mackey, but according to the news this morning (I know, I know, the MEDIA), someone said that she could have been held in contempt or possibly disbarred. They say that it was an unethical move. Just throwing it out there.

The truth about the accuser should not be unethical in any way. But our legal system has great problems and this is an example of one of them. I applaud Pamela Mackey for what she did. She is just saying that the Emperor is not wearing any clothes. Bravo Ms. Mackey!!!!! :rock:
