Waive prelim Hearing?
Now the AP is reporting that Kobe's defense team is going to waive the preliminary hearing so as not to release "damaging evidence". What the hell does that now represent? I know think they are trying to hide something?

Undoubtedly a whore, but why not have the defense tema there to make a point that they wnat to fight this bitch? Bring out some "damaging evidence" now and then make your case stronger.
I think that there was potential that Kobe would weaken his case by doing that
