Dude, just make sure you have two condoms. If you come quickly, you can go again. If you only have one, just jerk it before in the bathroom or something. It does let you last longer.

Trojan and some other condom manufacturers make condoms with desensatizers on them already. I have some of the Trojan brand and use them, called Extended Pleasure condoms. I don't use them all the time, but it doubles or triples how long I normally last, so when my girlfriend and I want to go at it for awhile I slap one of those on. It just makes it so you're not as sensitive down there, but you can still feel everything it just takes a lot longer to get off. They're not dangerous at all, just make sure you don't put them on inside out then your girl will never get off.
