A civil case may be easier, but it's easier both ways and she by no means has the coin required to duke it out with Kobe in a civil court. She filed as Jane Doe, but she won't be protected for long, especially after the criminal case is done or dropped. She won't have the protection of the Rape Shield Law, or much of anything else, it will be open season. For every little miss that lines up to testify how Kobe groped and did them in a similar manner, Kobe's team will have some dude to testify how he did her the same way Kobe did and she loved it. Medical records, suicide attempts, sexual habits, every guy who ever did her, etc. etc. It will be ugly.

I think that it is a sign to the rest of the world that she feels her case is on thin ice. The criminal case was weak to begin with. This is just a desperate attempt at something. Think about it...you're 20, and the entire United States knows your dirt. Think of your most intimate secrets, then imagine how you'd feel if all of your business was fodder for every major media outlet. However...I don't feel an ounce of pity for her. Not one. For all we know, Kobe COULD have raped her. It's a possibility. The only people who know for sure are Miss Faber, and Mr Bryant. But, I don't think that he did. With everything that is coming out about her on an almost daily basis, it leans toward her being an attention whore (as well as a regular one)....wait...whores get paid. She's trying to get paid...like whores do. In addition to this, she is considering dropping the case. Why? Because she feels threatened? Her life is shit anyway. Who is going to want to marry the chick who spread her legs for Kobe Bryant? We all know she's promiscous(spelling?). Men don't want whores to have their last name. The civil suit is just so she can get paid and attract someone to her skanky ass. Miss Faber, if you or any of your cohorts are reading this, I'd advise you to drop your suit, withdraw charges, and go on with your life. We'll care about you for about 2 months from now, and then we'll move on. Monica Lewinsky who? Exactly.
