What, in your mind, constitutes cheating??

Is cybersex cheating? How about exchanging naked pics?? What about a romantic relationship with no sex but you feel very much "in love" with the other person? What about internet porn...does that fall outside the category of cheating because there is no interaction with another actual person?

And this is all with no intent of ever meeting in person. Are you of the mind that "it doesn't matter where you get your appetite, as long as you eat at home" or do you feel that it breaks the trust by sharing those things with someone not your partner?

I think once you start to develop "feelings" or an intimacy with another person over the web ... it could be considered cheating. Any time you share a personal part of yourself that you've only shared with your significant other.

But cyberstuff can be fun ... and enhance your personal relationship. I'm still waiting for some nudies from Amor.

Cheating is secrets or going against the wishes of your partner. Nude pics, cybersex, possibly even real sex, all are ok as long as your partner knows about it and is ok with it.

For me, I'm ok with porn/exhibitionism/cybersex as long as I'm still #1 and get the true love qualities myself.

Anyway, I don't see anything wrong with cybersex or exchanging nude pics, as long as it stays on-line. Once you start making contact off of the internet (i.e. in person or phone calls), things change. There is no longer that barrier of the net separating things. Personally, I look at cheating as the physical act of sex, in any of its various forms. Mental images, thoughts, fantasies, and the like, do not constitute cheating. They say that men have a sexual thought every seven seconds, I'd bet money on it that even the most faithful man is thinking about his wife everytime.

That, in a nutshell, are my views.

as for cybercheating...i've heard stories...those things are prolly more dangerous than going out to your local bar, getting drunk, and waking up next to a complete stranger the next morning.

Anything sexual, non-plutonicly emotional or otherwise outside of the confines of said relationship is cheating, including cyber stuff. The boundaries of trust ARE being broken even by dabbling online with other people. Now, if the signifcant other knows about the going-on, and they don't care, that's their choice. If they know, and do care, it's still cheating.

Anything that you have to hide from your wife/gf...husband/bf ...that you know is wrong...that oversteps those little boundaries...that is cheating. Each relationship is different...some people enjoy being with other people...and enjoy their spouses being with other people as well...but when it's hidden online or in real life...it's still cheating. *smiles*
