Hi,
Is anyone else having problems with Yahoo Mail ?
I sometimes have to try 5 to 10 times.
I keep getting "Page cannot be displayed".
Then eventually it works fine.
Soooo frustrating

I check my Yahoo mail multiple times a day, haven't had any problems with it. Is that the only site you're having troubles with? Any others loading slower than normal?

I haven't had any problems with it either... maybe your settings got changed? Are other websites working ok?

my yahoo mail is fine, i never had problems with it only once but they wer elike updating or sumthin like that

That's interesting.
I'm in the UK. Don't know whether that makes a difference.
I'm fully virus/spyware checked, so I don't think it's any of those nasties.
My connection does freeze for maybe 30 secs sometimes.
Of course it's probably my ISP !
I quite often get 'page not available' type messages. Refresh cures it.
I did wonder whether having the XP firewall & ZoneAlarm both active might be causing the problem.
I did some searching and there seems to be divided opinion on it.
The most frustrating part is logging out of Yahoo.
I often get the page not found message.
It sometimes takes 10 attempts to get out

I had this problem a few months ago. A *few* people I found on the net had the problem at the same time. Then the problem went away after a couple of days. The best we could come up with was it was some kind of problem on Yahoo's end, or somewhere in between our comps and Yahoo. Course, none of us really had a clue what happened.

Anyway, my point is, if your problem is caused by the same thing that caused mine, you should probably be fine after waiting it out for a couple of days.
