If you consider the normal temperature for Garra rufa is 59F to 82F, the 94f that these people are subjecting them is the same as torture. Combine that with possible low oxygen level, how clean the water is kept, and lack of their natural food of Aufwuchs you might as well send them to Guantanamo. If you could hear the fish every time someone sticks there feet in the water you probably hear them say "Aaa fuck, No Aufwuchs, just stinky feet again!"
