Good Anti-Spyware Program Needed

As stated, looking for a really good anti-spyware program. I don't want a trial version, or anything that will quit working after a while. I'd also prefer it to be updatable as my last one was not. I also want something really aggressive that cleans out everything. Thanks in advance, let me know if I may be able to do anything for you if you want.

Including hidden worms and trojans. The program is called Stopzilla. It usually does a update everyday and you can program it to scan everyday at whatever time you want. They will even connect to your computer and isolate the problem you are having and fix it if there software isnt fixing the anti-spyware problem you are having.
