If you consider what she was making on a one to one basis and times that by the number of videos that would be sold, 10 million would be a drop in the bucket. Of course Girls Gone Wild could be in bigger trouble if they aren't requiring proper identification when they had her sign the release form. At 17 they were not only video taping an under aged child but could be charged with giving alcohol to a minor.

I think a better case could be made prosecuting this money-grubbing whore for solicitation & related crimes.

Because, make no mistake, she has committed a crime, perhaps several - and is seeking to profit off of the notoriety she's received from committing those crimes.

I wonder why the D.A. has not stepped in yet to fuck up her Christmas.

IT doesn't need to be. The DA won't be involved in this particular case, the DA should have brought prostitution charges against her, however.

Actually, if you got the time, the complaint filed in the So. District of New York is 55 pages long. The main thing is charges for using the internet and cell phones to run the prostitution ring and money laundering in violation of interstate and foreign commerces laws. Prostitution itself would be a violation of state law.

you know what bothers me the most is not that she has committed a crime (no doubt repeatedly) and has gone unpunished (untried even) for it, but that she is seeking to make a profit off of it as if she hadn't broken the law. Even Heidi Fleiss paid her debt to society for her crimes before profiting from her 15 minutes of fame resulting from them. I want to see this worthless whore in irons, or at least substantially fined, before I see her suing anyone for having the "audacity" to take advantage of her.
