Trying to remember the name of a computer game...
The name of this game that I am trying to recall is right on the tip of my tongue, and I even remember what the game looks like, but the name escapes me. Here's what I remember about it:
It was released in the early 90's on the Amiga. The game had a isometric perspective to it similar to the PC game "Diablo." In this game, you played God and had the ability to alter the landscape by raising it, lowering it, and I think even causing earthquakes. If I recall correctly, the premise of the game was to build up mana points by offering assistance to the people of the world you lorded over. You could also irk the inhabitants by destroying the land on which they built their dwellings.
I remember there being a sequel to this game in which your God-like abilities were even more impressive such as having the ability to rain down flaming hail, creating tornadoes, causing floods, and other disasters.
Does anyone remember the title of this game?
Thanks.

You can download an old DOS version of Populous here:

Wasn't there a version that came out on the Nintendo? I believe my friend had it, I vaguely remember going over and playing this at his place and loving it... but I couldn't play this for more than a few minutes.
