who knows how to hack guitar hero and put your own songs on it for ps2? i want to know how if anybody does

That's the problem with PS2, that's why you should go with micro$oft products, they're easy to hack and if you don't know how to, you can rely on fellow soldiers to do it for you. :P

If you want to get your own songs, why not try out 'Frets on Fire' (http://louhi.kempele.fi/~skyostil/uv/fretsonfire/) Its basically the same thing, but for the PC, with a massive fanbase of people programming their own songs, and uploading them to the internet!! Its also compatible with GH and GH2 songs (though it takes up to 8-10 hours to transfer from the PS2 disc, it may be easier to download them from someone else!!) so you don't have to necessarily go back to GH... Its still in development, with features such as hammer-ons, pull-offs and star power not quite worked into the system yet, there are various people working to incorporate such things and more!! Furthermore you needn't just use the keyboard (though the novelty factor of that still hasn't worn off yet) for less than $5 you can get a PS2 controller to USB converter so you can plug in your GH controller and play it with that!! Either way its definately something to give a go!!!

I just got my guitar hero II for 360 - freakin' sweet... but i would think it would be easier for the 360 than the ps2 cause the 360 uses a USB port so maybe you could connect it to your comp - and also cause the 360 'can be hacled' - but there are so many good songs on GH2, do you really need your 'own' songs? Freebird is aweome btw.
