How do I get rid of hickies?

FUCK, last night some girl gave me a huge hickie on my neck. Well not to mention this was my ex girlfriend that lives in the same apartment complex as the new girl I am dating. She waited for me to leave the new girls apartment, got me to come up stairs and for old time sake's we fucked. Which would have been all good but she left her marks, I don't know what I can do to get rid of these marks and I know the new girl is going to see them. I guess i need to be straight with her and tell her what happened, unless anyone knows any tricks on how to remove this shit.

hahha, yeah i did keep pulling her away but the damage already had been done. I read that if you take a really hot wash cloth and massage it will go away. It did help alot but It actually left a bright red burn mark on my neck around the vampire mark that she left.
