Phobias
Anyone out there have any phobias?
Personally, being underwater freaks me out. Not swimming pools or anything like that, but I refuse to go SCUBA diving or to an aquarium.

Re: Phobias
Bugs don't usually creep me out unless they:
A) turn up suddenly and unexpectedly
or
B) are abnormally large.
When I first moved into an apartment once, I came across a roach that was literally bigger than a Zippo. (Not including legs)
*shudder*

Re: Phobias
These are pics from my friend. He found it in his house. Yes, it's real.
*Warning! If you have a serious spider phobia, I would suggest not viewing these pics*

Re: Phobias
I don't know if i have any real phobias, when I come home and it's completely dark I'll turn on a light as soon as i can, its just a little more comforting.

Re: Phobias
i have pretty bad claustrophobia. its not really when im in a small room, but when my limbs are bound so i cant move them i completely flip out, stop thinking, and just start raging. its kind of weird.
my brothers used to think it was funny and hold down my arms at my side on purpose. at first its not that bad, but then as soon as i start to move it gets exponentially worse, until it gets to the point where i scream and pretty much lose control.
hasnt happened in awhile, but maybe thats cause now im bigger than all my brothers, and nobody wants to try and hold down the arms of a 6'4" 220 pounder.

Re: Phobias
heights fuck with my head, but im not sure im to the level where it's a phobia
i fucking hate bugs tho. since i moved to LA (i spent my whole life in OC until college) i'm scared as fuck about having roaches in my appartment. i also have a general phobial of centipedes and milipedes. bugs in general kinda suck, but i keep at least 2 cans of raid on hand just in case i find a bug. my friends say i have OCD =\

Re: Phobias
Millipedes and centipedes are creepy as hell. Not only is there the "freaky looking" factor, but there's also the "can crawl up your pantleg faster than you can try to stop it" factor.
