AHH computer wont stop spazing!
Alright, so i formatted my computer since it was all fucked up.. No problems there, windows works fine and all that..
You know that little noise that comes from the actual tower whens something messes up? IT WONT STOP MAKING THAT NOISE, like every 10 mins it makes it a few times.. Really damn anoying and im at the point im just gonna pull out the speaker.. any way to fix it you know of? |

what noise is it making? long beep, short regular beeps? or are they random... might indicate a temperature or memory problem...

yeppers ...
some boards/bios use a "diagnostic" beep function . the sequence can indicate various issues . you can find out what is going on by looking in the motherboard manual . it might be coincidental that the beeping started after you formatted ... although the possibility of it being connected is still there . one function that comes to mind is the cmos backup battery voltage alarm . |
