Interesting that you say that Booty, because if I remember correctly (and I do) it was the men's AND women's teams of The University of Wisconsin that won it all last year. Let me know when South Canada....I mean, Minnesota can top that. I won't even mention our massive dominance in football and basketball......oh, whoops, I just did. My bad. Sucks to be a Gopher!

The Denver University hockey team has seven NCAA Division I championships to its credit. Most recently, the Pioneers won back-to-back championships in 2004 and 2005. In 2006, DU defenseman Matt Carle won the Hobey Baker Award, given annually to college hockey's most outstanding player.

And Coloraod has so much more to do besides Hockey, unlike Minny Sota!

A buddy of mine played hockey there in the late 80's, early 90's.

I was in Denver last year for the Rockie Mountain Audio Fest...I didn't realize how flat and baron that city is...
