Kang, you have to ensure you have firmware version 1.50 and use an emulator to do so. I am sure you'd like more information and it's rather lengthy so I will direct you to this site containing a wealth of PSP knowledge, hacks. etc.

I have a psp right now and it's really the greatest thing i've ever bought, i recently downgraded to 1.50. But if you want to simply play nintendo games then you dont have to downgrade. Look for a eboot loader and you'll be good. Sorry if this didn't really help you because im bad at explaining things and theres alot of options out there that you could use
