You seem to forget that she was a hotel employee, concierge that is assigned to help the guests find their way around.

Unfortunately Kobe chose to take advantage of his coddled superstar status and feels that he can do anything he wants. I hope they throw his ass in jail.

I have stayed in more 5 star hotels in my life than you have probably seen! Yes she was a concierge, who showed him around earlier in the day while she was working. Oh but I guess he couldn't find the bathroom so she went up to show him where it was and he raped her....YEAH RIGHT!! She is a cock hungry slut who went to get some dick, felt trashy and slutty after he kicked her to the curb, and cried rape to get back at him.

Well, the Preliminary Hearing facts NOW say your first impression of celebrity justice seems to be not as what you thought. And if Kobe is found NOT guilty like OJ, does that make you upset because Kobe not proven to be a rapist? Or could the local Eagle sheriffs are all wet like the LAPD dunkin donut cops with bad evidence? You can't convict someone based on rumors and hearsay? That's what Eagle DA brought to the PH. He left home without it. High power defense Mackey jumped all over the detective. Kate Faber the accuser didn't show up for the hearing. Maybe she's not telling the entire truth, and nothing but the truth. Doesn't look like the will be that long of a sequel to OJ Simpson. Kobe will be another 8% acquittal factor.

Since when does the star witness have to show up to the preliminary hearing? All that happens there is the DA presents their evidence. If there is enough to go to trial, then the judge orders a trial. Nobody, DA or Defense question any witness. Case facts are presented, that's pretty much it. Get your facts straight before you open your mouth brah.

Well, are you speaking from the Prosecution's choice of case strategy in not showing their best cards at the opening rounds? Okay, no star witness, no early win in the court of public opinion. Your star is dim. So far, many of the best news analysts and talk shows are betting that the Eagle DA HAS not much else behind their case. Stan Goldman thinks Eagle DA has shot his load with the dirty panty to which dangled at the PH. They have no forensics on that panty to link Kobe. The other dirty panty is NOT available. Another high profile case of contamination, corrupted evidence and compromised case. Wanna get YOUR FACTS together. If you can, come jam it down my keyboard.
