If you are talking about McAfee SiteAdivsor program. Than the reason for it saying that is this site has alot of posts that you can download which means you have a higher possibility of getting a virus, trojan, or worm. You can go into the SiteAdvisor program and make this site a trusted site.

Click the link, that's not what he's talking about.
It says that the site mad unauthorized changes on the test PC....
I looked up another forum that has just as many if not more members and just as many downloads but it was listed as a safe site.
Interesting.

IMO if you get spy ware / ad ware on your computer its your own fault. Same goes with virus/trojans etc.
Now I'm not saying that the detectors are 100% at getting everything - but I'm saying they do such a damn fine job and some common sense and you should have a bullet proof pc.
