It's on PSP.

It will probably come out on the ps2 next year though. It's just like Liberty City Stories. This one is just Vice city with new missions and characters. It will still probably be worth playing but I'll wait until next year when it's 20 buckeroos on the PS2.

Liberty City Stories licked my hairy ass. I forgot how much GTA 3's targeting system sucked.
