Re: Ipod trouble...
Okay now I got it to unfreeze but now it just keeps turning on and off. It shows the screen that has an apple on it then goes to languages, I can't select anything then it turns off and starts all over again.

Re: Ipod trouble...
i would call the guys you got it from since its new and nothing is on it. exchange would be your fastest bet, but i know you can hard reset those things just like a computer but im not sure the button combo that you need to push to do it.
if they wont let you exchange it then you can call the IPod tech guys they will tell you how to reset it to so that it will actually work. i dont have alot of Ipod experience so i hope this helps.

Re: Ipod trouble...
Go to the start menu and find the program that came with the ipod, should say something like ipod update or some shit like that. Open that program up and follow the instructions on reformatting the ipod and it should work again. Had top do this with the bosses ipod when he fuckered it all up. Or just bring it and the software to Stayton and I will fix that shit for you.

Re: Ipod trouble...
When the apple comes up, it normally means that it hasn't been turned on in a long time and takes a while to load, and also when it is low battery. Most of the time when i turn on a ipod that is out of battery, it goes to the apple, a minute or so later it says out of battery, shutting off.
Try charging it. Select the correct language etc, or if it is in a foreign language, try to find a translator to find english in that language if you can figure it out.
But for now, try to charge it. I suspect it is out of batteries. Sync it asap, update it whatever you have to do. After that you can set the updates to manual or automatic, and with manual you can drag and drop at your leisure.
