Best College Football Games - Week 4
Best college games this week?
Two nominees from the SEC:
Colorado vs Georgia: No. 9 Georgia comes back from being down 13-0 to winless Colorodo, in the 4th quarter after switching to a freshman quarterback, to win 14-13 on a touchdown pass with 46 seconds left.
Alabama at Arkansas: double overtime win by the Hogs. a close game from start to finish.
What's your pick?

Re: Best College Football Games - Week 4
I gotta go with my hogs as being the best game this weekend. Mainly because I didn't watch any other games, I spent most of the day sick and asleep. I knew they would win when it got to overtime, because they're *now* 6-1 in overtime games. Arkansas was the 2 point favorite going into the game, and they didn't cover. But it doesn't matter because they still won, and they're right on track to where I thought they would be at this point in the season at 3-1. They are tied for 1st in the SEC West with Auburn, too bad they play Auburn in 2 weeks. But Auburn is one of the games I picked them to lose, along with LSU and Tennessee. Im kinda sketchy with South Carolina, they played them close last season, and Arkansas is playing much better football this year. Im still going 8-4, maybe 7-5 with South Carolina.

Re: Best College Football Games - Week 4
Wasn't that the Hogs who were in that 6OT game a couple of years ago... vs Miss St? (or someone over in the SEC west.)
Whoever it was, it was the game that would never end. The linemen on both sides of the ball, too tired to rush or block... just trying not to fall down from exhaustion.

Re: Best College Football Games - Week 4
they actually had two games like that, and they were 7 overtimes, the Hogs are the owners of the record for the most overtimes in an NCAA game. It was Ole Miss in 2001, and Kentucky in 2003, and the Hogs won both of them. The Kentucky one really griped my ass because Arkansas' kicker *David Carlton* couldn't fucking make a field goal for shit. He eventually lost his job the next season because he was missing easy field goals. The guy that came behind him wasn't bad, he was definately better. He was actually responsible for UA kickers wearing big numbers *he was 55, and Jeremy Davis, the kicker now wears #50.*
