creative mp3 player
So I have a creative zen micro 6gb, and my computer won't recognize it.
I had a 5gb, sent it in to creative and they sent me this new one, well I went through all the troubleshooting on their site and nothing is seeming to help. I have reinstalled the program from the disc multiple times with no luck. When I go to device manager, it says there are no drivers installed for this device (MTP Device) - even though I have reinstalled them many times from creative's website.
Anyone have any suggestions??

Re: creative mp3 player
I have it set to automatically update. The last time it ran was a couple days ago.
