what the heck? The "two faces of Kobe's accuser". That is a typical girl there, one playing playstation, the other going to prom. Puh-lease. I dont see weed, booze or anything in that pic. She is just wearing typical clothes... everyday clothes. BTW it looks as if she is sitting next too a little kid. There are no two faces presented here.

Is that a pre-requisite as to credibility issues? Are you saying that only druggies, alcoholics etc are your criteria for possible liars? :rock: The facts are in dispute as to what happened in the room, to which only the two exchanged some dialogue.

Exactly my point... Maybe I am misunderstanding your post with the two pictures.
But you put up two pics to demonstrate the two faces of the accuser. I am right? Your post looks as if you are commenting on two sides of Kate, One questionable and one innocent. What I am saying is that your so-called questionable picture is so worthless. It is a picture of a typical person, wearing typical clothes.

Hi Yikes, we're on the same page, except we see different things from the same pictures. You see the clothes, I the hand gesture conveying a message. It's not the threads from either that impress me, but the body language. :rock: But I can see your more innocent point as to a young teenager with the TV game and sweet innocence. If the trial facts are true as to other semens and prior bruises, they would contradict the young and innocence impression. What do you think? :help:

Ok, cool. Its hard to tell sometimes what people are really saying in forums.

Anyhow, I personally think it could go either way. And as far as the truth, I am totally undecided on what I believe. On on hand, I could see Kobe as a spoiled athelete with a constructed image. On the other, I can see Kate as being a money grubbin' ho. I don't know either one of them, but am getting more convinced on the rape reality- that it is really difficult to prove one way or the other.

So, back to the picture. What is the message that you see being conveyed by the hand gesture?

Funny how we're narrowing our differences in facts and interpretations. As to the hand gesture, I see her saying "I got you" or "Stop that, don't take my picture." :rock: In either, things just evolved, no? Looks to me like bad communication that night at Kobe's room. :spankr: Perhaps, the teenager needs to take more assertive training to brush up her body language. That's saying it nicely....as don't be so immature in the adult world. You get the idea, right? It's a terrible and tragic lesson for any young and naive person to wake up to the next morning after.

Yeah, and that being said... if Kobe wants some extra cirrucular nookie, maybe he should leave it up to the pros. not be so innocent that he can be taken advantage by a screwed up teenager/stranger. that is a tragic lesson for him to wake up to the morning after.
