Emulators and ROMS

I haven't had an emulator for a while and since then I got a new pc and lost and basically forgot where I used to get my roms and emulators from. I was wondering if you guys would help me out and maybe suggest the places that you guys get your roms and emulators from. I love playing all of the old games that I grew up with and want to do that again. Thank you very much.
