I've had most of my luck with two fingers, but leaving a small gap between them to stimulate the clit as you slide up and down lightly and switching up to spinning small circles ono the clit. Every so often, enter slowly, and come back out.. and repeat. This method works best when combined with going down on her, or have her on top of you and using your hand at the same time. If you can do all that, and STILL manage to suck a tit, your in great shape.

My method's always been: start with one, move to two when she's worked up. I find I can get a little deeper with the two middle fingers (middle and ring) than I can with one alone, and girls have told me that two feels better because it feels more "full" - kinda like the "more girth is better" discussions in the dick size threads.
