I cant speak for the woman but my guess is they want to feel the best they can. they want to cum a few times if possible. I Have a problem not necisarily premature ejaculation but in a heated sex session I tend to cum within 4-5 minutes however I dont get flacid (soft) I stay hard and can continue going I can usually go for an hour or two If I want to normally in that time ill cum 2-3 Times before I crap out.
