You know, I used to think the "threes" deal was bogus. Yeah, while riding my firetruck, we'd get three deaths (or more); however, the older I get, the more I think it comes down to we are able to see the relationships. Russert dies, we get upset, then tie his death to other tv personalities, including a 77 year old man. Hell! 77? Why be surprised about that one?

Also, is it because we are aging and begin to see the deaths around us?
