Rounded bowls are bad for fish because the glass distorts everything they see and makes them sick (like if you had 20/20 vision but wore someone else's glasses). Also, chances are the bowl is too small, goldfish do not "grow the size of the tank and stop". A good size is 5+gallons for one, otherwise their growth will be stunted and they will die.

PETA are still a bunch of fucks.
