Extend Partition on XP

Okay, I have a Dell Dimension 9100. I have a 160GB hard drive that's listed as Disk 0 and is partition into 2 partitions, 1 at 40GB and 110GB for the second. I need to extend the 40GB to the entire drive due to programs I'm installing. Running out of room and don't want to have to reformat and re-install everything again.

What can I do to make this (C) drive of 40GB and (F) drive of 110GB, on the same disk of 160GB, into just a (C) drive??????

Thanks for the help,
Mike
