Re: Game reviews??
I have a GameFly membership. They do their own reviews, plus they have a user review feature. They also give you reviews from IGN, Gamespot and Gamespy. In my experience, the user reviews are the most accurate when it comes to game quality. I think the other reviews have skewed opinions because of 'freebies'.

Re: Game reviews??
Thanks mucho guys!
I was getting pretty tired of IGN and the local newstand
I especially like gamefaqs' user reviews nice to hear reviews from other gamers instead of market driven mags

Re: Game reviews??
Im working with other gamers on a site thats aimed at the older games playing audience. The site is quite young at the moment but the forums and IRC channels seem to be doing well.
We post honest reviews (the few the we have at the moment) and migh be worth a look if your looking for somewhere that may be a tad different.

Re: Game reviews??
gamespot is good, but they rate very lineint, I've found.
I love Metacritic though, they gather all sorts of reviews from other sites, and give an average. It's pretty cool.
