This is one that I was thinking I'd use...

Girls are sentimental beings and if you remember the exact details of your first date take her to the same place where you met, eat at the first restaurant you guys had a dinner at etc. and without sounding too cheesy or nothing tell her that the way you felt for her when you first met is exactly the same way you feel for her now.
