Um, talk to your wife or casually mention it and see what happens. However, as someone else pointed out be VERY VERY VERY careful that you don't moan more for the sister or that your wife doesn't freak out afterwards, which could very well happen if you are going to get her drunka nd then do it. She could turn resentful and feel you tricked her or mad that she let herself do that while drunk.

Also, she said IF IF IF you cheat on her, do it with the sister, not PLEASE fuck my sister while i'm at the store, so don't do it without her there. (she might be testing you as well).
