Has he interviewed Clinton? Sorry I don't watch him all the time. I would say it's more of the current. The way it works (at least for the military) is you don't flame the current but once he's out of power after a certain number of years respect kinda... drops. Military I know won't flame Clinton, but they will admit his mistakes, where-as when he was Pres, they were very indirect about it. And that was in private, let alone public statements.
