He's not saying its one state, or several states, its the fact that EACH vote doesn't count.

A President can win the election if you base it on POPULAR vote, which is adding up each INDIVIDUAL vote. But, just because the popular vote swings that way, doesn't mean the electoral college will. THe electoral vote could go the other way. So, how is that fair that the majority of the United STATES voted one way, and the electoral college count gives credit to another person.

Your vote really only matters if you live in a dense populated area. If your in a rural community, your vote has much less power.
