i am a server as well. i mean our restaurant is a place where flirting goes on alot. its a laid back place and noone takes it in the sexual harrasment type of way. so i mean if its a place where everyone flirts with everyone that may be a start then just maybe eventually ask her out. just drop a few more hints than usual and see if that helps. i have dated 3 guys i worked with in a restaurant.
