Done the usual stuff: role playing (Cop/Badguy,Doctor/patient, etc..), bondage, stuff in public, toys, and so on ...
Last thing we did was the "stranger" thingie. Get all dressed up for the club and pretend you don't know each other. Keeps your game tight and things hot.
Let's hear some more ideas.
