How Can I Remove Winfixer 2005

This installed itself from an ad on Webrats and is messing up my computer and is spyware - why do webrats allow this garbage?

Also why did you press install.. when the installer popped up.. It tried on my pc.. but i just cancelled it. I dont know how to remove it.

For those who experienced it, you might have noticed that every button except Alt F4 resulted in it installing something, and using Alt F4 closed webrats as well. Simply clicking on "cancel" did not stop it, sadly. utterly evil advert, nearly made me stop loving webrats
