lol dxm is the chemical in cough syrup that makes u tripp. from my experience i thought it was pretty gay didnt like it much. u only glow u dont trip.also to like get messed up on it u hav to drink alot ( which u realy cant ). sugar + dxm = no good lol trust me. if ur gonna do that get 500mg of pure dxm and put it in ur fave juice then drink it all over a period of an hr at most.
