Damn, I drink VitaminWater a few times a week. I like that they contain real sugar, I can't stand any flavored drinks with artificial sweeteners in them. They make me more thirsty. I'd be drinking coke anyway if I wasn't drinking the VitaminWater, I guess it's good this way I'm getting vitamins out of it too.

nah vitamin water isnt as bad as a coke, vitamin water has 13 grams of sugar per 8 oz serving and coke has 33 grams of sugar per serving. yea it is still a lot for a "healthy" drink but not to bad honestly
