speaking of teh basketball firings...
I heard today that Kelvin Sampson might be about to get the axe at Indiana for the impending sanctions against Oklahoma's basketball program. I don't disagree with that at all...there's no sense in being the first deserter when shit hits the fan and thinking you can get off unharmed while the ship and all aboard burn to a crisp....
it's also in his contract that if the NCAA brings down sanctions besides the one that were self imposed by OU, IU could terminate Sampson without any kind of compensation or bonuses... |
