Half-Life 2 Episodes
If you haven't noticed, the first new episode of half-life 2 comes out at the end of May. They released a trailer for it and I can say that I can't wait. It looks like its gonna be sweet.
Anyway, what are your opinions on the release of this game and others in an episodic format? and how excited are you about this first release?

I'm pumped! HL2 is the best game I have played so far. The off-line game play is a bit better then the online PvsP game play - so I'm glad to see them expand the HL2 story and will gladly pay for the expansion. Gimy gimy gimy!

I heard there are going to be new multiplayer modes with it as well. Not sure if its a rumor or true. I have been dissappointed with online play so far, but SP is more than worth it.

while your waiting check out sin episodes emergance. it is super awesome. it uses the hl2 engine and is a solid game and has a exelent storyline. plus it is only 20 bucks. it should keep you busy until hl2:ep1 comes out.

Yeh, I'm probably going to buy the game in stores. Hope it is good even thought it's only supposed to be 5 to 6 hours of game time. If all four episodes were one game it would cost 80$ for 20 to 24 hours of game play. I bought opivion for 50 and it's given my wayyyy more than 24 hours. I loved half-life 2, but i just don't know about this episode thing. At least it will have that hdr that lost cost had so it sould look a little better than half-life 2.
