You can get tested daily for Hiv/AIDS, Hep, Herpes etc, but remember that viruses such as HIV/AIDS have window periods and a test will not nescesarilly pick it up. Point being, is that it increases the transmission rate.

Pornstars are actually probably at less risk than the average person to catch an STD. THose people are tested monthly I believe in order to keep their license. I mean I can go to the bar and find some chick and its very hard to tell if she has ever been tested and has any clue of what she has. There's serveral web sights that have articles on how to have "clean" anal sex. I also talked to a friend about it once who makes movies with her boyfriend for her web page. She said they do a cut edit thing where he pulls out and the camera moves in and forward. When his body fills the image they stop, and sanitize his penis.
